How to Cancel

You can cancel your TurfIntel subscription at any time from the subscription management page or by contacting our support team at support@turfintel.ai.

What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have full access to all features until your billing period ends.
• Your subscription will not renew after the current billing period once cancellation is confirmed.
• Cancelling renewal does not close your account or start the account-closure retention period.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for ordinary partial billing periods, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law, or where our Terms provide a pro-rata refund for a price increase, material terms change or termination by TurfIntel for convenience. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support@turfintel.ai and we will review your case. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Reactivation

While cancellation is scheduled and your subscription remains eligible, use Reactivate Premium on the subscription management page to resume renewal. After paid access ends, you can sign in and select a plan again. Closing an account is a separate process, and deleted or de-identified account data cannot be guaranteed to be restored.

Account Closure and Data Retention

To close your account, contact support@turfintel.ai. We verify the request and handle closure through our support procedure. Ordinary account information is deleted or de-identified within 30 days after account closure. Financial, fraud-prevention, security and legally required records may be retained separately for their required or necessary purpose, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
